Shipping Policy

All of ihenie´s handcrafted crochet or knitted products, are securely packaged in recyclable cardboard packaging. Some parts of our packaging, like tape and labels are currently not recyclable, but this will change in the near future. Shipping is charged depending on weight and destination. We charge you the amount it costs to send your item and there is no profit made on postage. Occasionally, we may average shipping costs to apply them to a larger geographical area. 

In Norway, orders can be collected for free in Oslo, or be sent using Helt Hjem, which is tracked. Orders over 1200NOK receive free shipping in Norway.

 

International orders are sent using Posten (Norwegian Mail) and it is possible to choose between standard post or tracked delivery. Please note there may be regions worldwide, where tracking is not possible. Please get in touch if you would like to check your destination. Orders heavier than 2 KG will automatically be sent using tracked delivery. Orders over 2500NOK receive free standard shipping in Europe and over 3500NOK worldwide.

Please note that import taxes and duties may be applied to any international orders and would be payable to your local customs and duty handler before your order is delivered. This charge is not included in our prices and is set by the country in which you reside. Please check your local regulations to check your estimated charge before you order to ensure you are aware of what fees will apply to you.


Return & Exchange Policy

All full prised stock items can be returned for a refund within 2 weeks of purchase, or exchanged for another item within 30 days. Please note items made to order are normally not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is clearly faulty. Shipping is not refundable unless the item was faulty.

To request a return or exchange, please notify us by emailing iheniestore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. After a return authorisation is issued, pack the item in its original packaging with all labels attached and post it back to our return address within 14 or 30 days depending on your request. We recommend sending it with a secure and trackable service, as we can not be held responsible for any returned orders that are lost in transit. If an exchange was requested, an invoice for any balance amount or additional shipping will be generated before the replacement is sent out. 

Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving your returned order. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged by the customer can not be returned or exchanged.
